VASVW Elects Officers

In December, the Veterans Association of Sailors of the Vietnam War [VASVW] conducted their third election of officers. The results are as follows:

President Steve Burns
Vice President Phil Elliott
VP for Public Relations Ann Langston
VP for Membership Janet B. Davis
Secretary Barbara Wright
Treasurer Wendy Carr-Durbin

Executive Board at-large Gary Vierra
Executive Board at-large E. A. Rex King

Trustee Dennis Myers
Trustee Ted Williams
Trustee George Mitchell

Chief Executive Officer Bill Miltenberger

Non-elected positions remain filled as before:

Senior Legislative Advocate Ann Langston
Senior Legislative Advocate William G. Jeff Davis

We welcome the new slate of officers and wish them well in their endeavors. They have already begun the tasks of setting up for a new round with Congress, and the public.

    I see there are four 'Senior Legislative Advocates'...if there are 'Senior' Advocates, there MUST be 'Junior' Advocates....who are they?
