Joseph L. Covington, USN, Texas. Type II, and several associated problems, Including Heart, Kidney, and Liver problems. Injured my back while working shipboard and it is noted in medical records and have had a life time of back problems including surgery, But not considered SC because I "didn't complain enough" while in USN.
