An urgent request from FRA

We have received an urgent request for help from the FRA.  Here is their message:

URGENT! Stop More Defense Sequestration Cuts!
Contact Your Representative and Senators in their local office
Congress is on summer recess in August and making a phone call to a legislator’s local office, scheduling an office visit with other FRA members or attending a town hall meeting are great opportunities to urge your U.S. Representative and your U.S. Senators oppose additional DoD budget cuts - known as "sequestration." 
The Budget Control Act of 2011 mandates another round of deep across-the-board budget cuts effective October 1, 2013. These budget cuts require that 50 percent come from defense ($52 billion) and the remainder from other programs.  Bullet points for your discussion and phone numbers for your elected officials are provided for you.
