Attention Diabetics: Eat Fruit!

A recent article in the Nutrition Journal  details a study of overweight adults with Type II Diabetes.  It is the first study to look at Fruit, as there has always been some insistence that Diabetics should avoid fruits because they contain the wrong type of sugar. 

This study show otherwise and all Type II Diabetics should now feel free to eat plenty of fruit.  

Loss of weight translates into lower blood sugar and fruit replacing carbohydrates and sugars in your diet can make a big difference.
